Delete your draw.how account
You can delete your draw.how account and its data at any time, from the app or from the website. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
In the app
Open the draw.how app on Android or iOS, go to the Account tab, tap Delete account and confirm.
On the website
Sign in at draw.how with your email and password or with Google, then open the deletion page and confirm. The website has no Sign in with Apple, so if you signed up with Apple, delete the account in the app or ask us.
If you cannot sign in
Send us a message through the contact page from the email address on the account, and ask us to delete it. We will confirm by email once it is done. Contact Us
What is deleted
Your account, your sign-ins on every device, your drawings and their files, your critiques and skill history, your photo lessons and their photos, your share links and the messages you sent through the contact form.
What is kept
Some records are kept without any link to you: payment records that we must keep for accounting, and site statistics.
